The Director of the Moscow Office of the Korean Foundation Mr. Lim Cheol Woo, visited the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
During the visit, the guest got acquainted with the library of the university and ‘Korean Corner’, created in 2018 at the library. Mr. Lim acknowledged that the Korean language reading room has all the modern conditions for the quality education of students. Also, Lim Cheol Woo stated that he would develop bilateral cooperation and provide the library with the necessary equipment, textbooks and literature.
During negotiations, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the UzSWLU A. Abidjanov gave information about the university and international cooperation. Also, the sides discussed issues of developing cooperation in the field of education, such as training of teachers and students, etc.
At the end of the event, Korean language students presented the theatrical program.
