Today, on June 28, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mexico to Iran and Uzbekistan Guillermo Puente Ordorica visited the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
During the visit, the Ambassador met with members of the University, headed by Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A. Abidjanov.
The sides discussed the following issues:
– Facilitate the exchange of students, teachers and researchers in the field of Spanish, as well as the exchange of textbooks;
– Organization of advanced training and internships for teachers of UzSWLU in Mexican universities;
– The arrival of Spanish language specialists from prestigious universities in Mexico, as well as the organization of seminars and classes;
– Establishment of Double Degree programs in relevant areas, etc.
The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A. Abidjanov, Head of the Department of International Relations Kh. Alimova, Dean of the Faculty of Roman and Germanic Philology O. Khalillaev, Head of the Department of Theoretical Sciences of the Spanish Language T. Oltiyev, Head of the Department of Practical Sciences of the Spanish Language D. Bahronova, etc.
