February 18, 2020, The delegation from Japan headed by President Chihiro Ito visited UzSWLU. During the visit, the guests got acquainted with the educational process and attended an open lesson in the Japanese language. Also, the guests were presented with a cultural program prepared by students studying Japanese.
Further, bilateral negotiations took place, where the Parties outlined the touchpoints of the joint partnership in the field of science and education.
On the same day, President Chihiro Ito and Rector Ganisher Rakhimov signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Wakayama University and Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
