Master’s degree programs in Public administration and social policy — DAAD Helmut-Schmidt-Program Masters Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance offer students from developing countries a master’s degree in disciplines that are directly related to the social, political, and economic development of their home countries. The scholarship holders will study at one of the universities in Germany.

- Hochschule Osnabrück: Management in Non-Profit Organisations
- University of Osnabrück: Master of Democratic Governance and Civil Society
- University of Passau: Master of Governance and Public Policy
- University of Potsdam: Master of Public Management (MPM)
Training is offered in German or English.
