MEXT Scholarship is a funding scheme for studies in the University of Ritsuymeykan.
Any student who lives in a country which maintains diplomatic relations relationships with Japan can apply.
The programme is open for bachelor, master and PhD programmes but full expense coverage is available only to master and PhD appliers.
Students will be free of tution, receive 144 000¥ per month and travel compensation.
A candidate must be born on April 2, 1987 or later and have a medium point of 2,3 out of 3.
They also must prove their knowledge of English by relating an international certificate (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 72) or by providing a diploma in degree which was taught in English
