Anyone who was born in-between January 1, 2005 and July 15, 2007 and who is currently in Grade 9, 10 and 11, or in lyceum, is eligible to apply for the programme.
The participants are selected through three stages, only the ones with excellent and quite good academic performance and communicate in English adroitly are more than welcome to participate.
The programme is absolutely indiscriminate to the disabled persons who desire to study in the U. S. and encourages them to apply for the programme.
The programme is absolutely free-of-charge and funded by the U. S. Government
