The French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs offers Eiffel scholarships for international students annually. These opportunities are awarded for pursuing a master’s degree at French host higher education institutions and a Ph.D. through a thesis joint supervision or co-tutorship with a foreign higher education institution partner.
It helps to shape the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study and encourages applications from emerging countries at master’s level, and from emerging and industrialized countries at the Ph.D. level.
