On 4th of May, 2021, the roundtable meeting “Uzbekistan – India: Studies in Arts, Sciences & Social Sciences” has been arranged at UzSWLU. Honorable guests of the Forum were the Ambassador of India in Uzbekistan, Mr. Shri Manish Prabhat, Mr. Shakti Sinha, the expert on International affairs and board member of India Foundation, Prof. Chander Shekhar, the Director of Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture and a number of the local Indian researchers, who delivered several presentation and reports on Indian Culture, Art, Science and History. U. Azizov, the Rector of UzSWLU, who has learnt as second foreign language Indian language, greeted all participants, pointing rising important position of the foreign languages in International Integration and Cooperation. During the meeting, it was decided to enhance and strengthen further the relationships between UzSWLU and Indian Embassy in spheres of Culture, Art and Science.
