Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships for Students from Developing Countries

The Wells Mountain Foundation, through the Empowerment Through Education program, offers scholarships to students from developing countries to study in their home country or in another developing country.
The organization believes in the power and importance of community service, which is why all fellows are required to volunteer for at least 100 hours a year.
Students need to enroll in one of the accredited universities (according to the student’s choice) for one of the programs:
Medicine, Community Development, Law, Education, Social Work, Business, Information Technology, Agriculture, Engineering.
The organization pays out 50 to 60 scholarships annually. Scholarships can range from $ 300 to $ 3000. On average, students receive a scholarship of $ 1,500, which can be spent on tuition fees, textbooks and materials, and rental housing.
