The Harbin Engineering University offers scholarships to bachelors, masters and PhD applicants.
University’s fields are: science and engineering, Chinese (Mandarin) language and culture, economics and management, law and philosophy, education and arts.
Three types of scholarships are offered:
— full tution-free studies
— 50% discount
— 20% discount
Each scholarships will be also awarded up to 200 or 300$ a month for personal expenses.
Applicants must submit their education diploma, recommendation letters in Chinese or English, medical check-up results, a plan of research (in length which is not less 800 words)
