The British Council in Uzbekistan runs the English Language Assessment Week from March 2 to 5, 2020.
Within the framework of the Week, March 3-4, this year at the Uzbek State World Languages University will be held an international symposium on “The impact of modern international education assessment systems on the quality of education.”
This symposium is an important part of a series of events organized by the British Council in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Uzbek State University of World Languages.
Representatives of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Education, the State Testing Center, as well as about 130 English language professors and teachers will attend the event. In addition, international experts have been invited from the UK to share international experience and ideas. Specialists from the British Council Victoria Clark and Joanna Moteram are also present. They spoke about effective ways of assessing English language knowledge and new trends.
Simpozium muhokama va muloqot tarzida tashkillashtirilgan bo’lib, bu – ingliz tili bilimlarini baholash yuzasidan umumiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishda amaliy yordamchi bo’lib xizmat qiladi.
